Let me introduce you to...........

So it recently occurred to me that I get to know so much about my clients little ones but you don't know much about mine. Well let's start :) Here is my 2nd born named Makinley. She is 4 and LOVES pre-school, fettuccine, and reading (at least she thinks she's reading). She can sing every song she hears on the radio word for word and can shake it like no other. She is truly one of my little blessings.

So hard to resist!

2nd round of Easter Minis

For the 2nd round of minis we headed to the studio due to threats of rain. We had to call everyone to let them know we re-located but it was a success!! The kids did amazing and they loved the new ducks. Hope you all enjoy and remember we can do your session at the studio as well!

The Easter Minis have BEGUN!

The Easter minis are here and I am loving them! The kids loved the bunnies and the ducks and I got some great shots of them playing with the animals. I can't wait for the next round of minis this weekend!

You've got to love a good wedding

I ABSOLUTELY love weddings! It's been pretty great being able to go shoot w/ Angel and helping capture these moments. I look forward to every weekend b/c I know that there will be a great wedding I get to help at. Keep an eye for many

Keeps Getting Better

As you all know I am shooting at the ART AND SOULD STUDIO now on Sundays but what you don't know is I am helping Angel with weddings this year! I felt so honored when she asked if I would like to help her and be her 2nd shooter. It's pretty exciting! I've been thinking about where I was a year ago and I've been so lucky to have so many great things happen within just 1 year. I hope it keeps getting better and better!

Photography Class

Today I had a very intersting convo, I was asked if I would like to host a photography class at the Yukon Community Center. It will either be held in the sping or summer and the cost hasn't been determined yet. The class would consist of me teaching you how to use your camera and learning your settings and many more cool things! As I get more information I will be passing it along :)

Shooting at the STUDIO!

 Let's start with the studio is AMAZING! There are so many cool backgrounds and awesome props. I had such a great time shooting and editing these cool images! We had a Gabby's Closet photo session! She is awesome at making and creating and she does custom orders as well! Check out that awesome necklace! It's a must have for this summer. Great things happening!

Let me start with the GREAT news! I am renting out the Art and Soul Photography studio on Sundays! What does that mean? It means I will have a beautiful space to do newborn sessions and pretty much everyones session! The place is BEAUTIFUL and I am so blessed! I will be shooting there on Sunday with Gabby's Closet and we will be using her awesome products :)

Before and After..........I just wanted to show you what we photographers do

Today I decided to take my kiddos out and get some updated shots of them. As I was doing this I thought I should show everyone how much work a photographer actually does. You see today the high was 50 and there was a light wind and not a cloud in the sky and it was as boring as ever. I dressed my kids in some bright colors because I wanted them to really pop and took them out to a field and started shooting. My kids are a rowdy bunch and there was some stressing on my end but I got the shot I needed. As you can see the BEFORE was what I was able to capture but as you see my AFTER is what I envisioned. Many people think "what is so hard about being a photographer" let me tell you it takes patience, imagination, and making a full of yourself from time to time. It's not as easy as it may seem and BUT it is something I love and I work hard at so I hope you all enjoy my work!

Senior Year
